BH TANVI RAO

A feather in the cap of glory of St Aloysius PU College is BH Tanvi Rao (II PU PCMBi 4th Batch), an immensely talented artist , dancer, choreographer and actress, who debut on the silver screen was through the Bollywood movie Gulab Gang. A child prodigy, Tanvi. won numerous State and National level dance competitions and kids’ talent awards even in her earlier days and was honoured as Apoorva Bala Prathibe by Padmavibhushan Dr Virendra Hegde. Honourable Dr APJ Abdul Kalamji personally blessed her during his Mangalore visit in 2009. Her pure dance talent as earned her appreciation from stars like Aishwarya Rai, Juhi Chawla , Maduri Dixit, Saroj Khan and Anjali Tendulkar. An Indian Classical dancer , Tanvi has performed on six international platforms in Asia and Europe showcasing her versatility in semi-classical, bollywood, contemporary, folk and other styles.
Tanvi Rao is a perfect example of an all - rounder who effortlessly manages academics as well as her talent.
